Helen Thomas visited the Orlando Public Library on Friday, September 21, 2007 at 7 p.m. She discussed her book Watchdogs of Democracy, a critical view of journalists inability to ask the tough questions during the Bush Administration. She also discussed her lengthy stay in the White House Press Corps and interactions with past presidents.
The event was preceded by a catered V.I.P. meet-and-greet with Helen and followed by a book sale and signing.
