This is an original painting by James Stoll and is part of the Orlando Remembered display case located  on the 4th floor at the Orlando Public Library. The display was created in 1989 by the Historical Society of Central Florida - Orlando Remembered Committee.

According to the display, the map is from 1945. According to Polks 1945 Orlando City Director, the Albertson Public Library was located at 165 East Central Avenue at the intersection of Rosalind avenue. Walking toward Orange Avenue you would pass the Salvation Army Citadel at 115 East Central Avenue (the home of the First Christian Church), then the Chamber of Commerce Building which housed The Greater Orlando Chamber of Commerce, Orlando Rotary Club, Orlando Kiwanis Club, Orlando Junior Chamber of Commerce, Orlando Exchange Club, Business & Professional Women's Club, Optimist Club, Central Florida Poultry Producers Association, Orange County Chapter of Realtor Women's Council, Pilot Club, Orlando Civitan Club, Orlando Board of Realtors, Town Hall Association, Central Florida Builders Exchange, General Contractors Association of Orange County.

Beyond Main Street (now Magnolia Avenue) you can see the old Court House. At 102 Wall Street you can see the Orlando Utilities Commission building, at 117 the Young Womens' Community Club Annex, at 122 the Young Womens' Community Club, and several residential properties.

North of the library on Rosalind is the First Church of Christ Scientist, now a Greek Orthodox Church and part of Memoridal Junior High School.
