The Holocaust art exhibit: Caught Between Hitler and Stalin can be seen in the background of this photo.

The exhibit is on display at The Holocaust Center from September through December 2016. Read more.

The exhibit, Two Regimes, was created from the salvaged works of two women: Teodora Verbitskya, who chronicled her experiences in Russia in the first half of the 20th Century in her journal, and her daughter Nadia Werbitzky, a professional artist who translated her mother’s writings into haunting pieces of art.
