Arch Engineers of Orlando introduced aluminum Jalousies in the 1950’s which they manufactured at their Orlando factory, Lifetime Building Specialties, located at 519 Brookhaven Dr. near Ivanhoe Boulevard.
Residential builder, Jerry Kinsley of Kinsley Builders used the new Jalousie windows in his Central Florida housing developments.
