Henry W. Land served the central Florida area as a successful businessman, county commissioner, WWII veteran, Florida state representative, president of the Orange County Farm Bureau, director of the Plymouth Citrus Growers Association, director of the State Bank of Apopka and the Bank of Central Florida, president of the Central Florida Fair, and founder of the Zellwood Sweet Corn Festival.
