Tony and Cecy have been residents of Orlando for 15 years. In 1997 they decided to take a family vacation to Orlando. After a week or so in Orlando, they enjoyed the weather and beauty of the city that a month later they decided to move. On the weekends Tony and Cecy love to visit the downtown of Winter Garden and like to shop at the Florida Mall. They also like to visit the Waterford Lake shopping center and walking parks like the Little Econ River.
One of the biggest changes they’ve seen in Orlando are the expansion of small road and new highways. Cecy remembers walking to the Walmart on Semoran a couple years ago with her son and noticing that it was a two lane road, now the roads have expanded and has four. Tony expresses how surprised he is with the new overpass that was built on Colonial to help traffic flow better.
Ryan’s Restaurant was their favorite place. It was a buffet style restaurant that no longer exist. They loved Ryan’s because it was close to their home, had a nice atmosphere for families and of course, had delicious food!
Tony and Cecy enjoy living here. Orlando offers a safe a secure place to live. They love that Orlando has lots of parks to visit, and that any day they can drive to a park and have a great time with family having a cook out.

Tony y Cecy han sido residentes de Orlando por 15 años. En 1997 decidieron tomar unas vacaciones en familia. Después de un mes disfrutando el clima y la belleza de la ciudad decidieron hacer Orlando su hogar. En los fines de semana, les encanta visitar pueblo de Winter Garden ir de compras en el Florida Mall. También les gusta visitar el centro comercial Waterford Lakes y caminar por los parques como Little Econ River.
Uno de los cambios más grandes que han visto en Orlando han sido las expansiones de las pequeñas carretera y autopistas nuevas. Cecy recuerda cuando caminaba con su hijo por una sección de la Semoran Blvd años atrás, que la carretera era de dos carriles, ahora ha sido expandida a cuatro. Tony expresa que estuvo gratamente sorprendido con la expansión del Colonial Drive ya que ayudado el flujo de tráfico.
El Restaurante Ryan era una de sus lugares favoritos. Era un restaurante estilo buffet que ya no existe. Ellos la agradaba visitar a Ryan, ya que estaba cerca de su casa y había un ambiente agradables para la familias y, por supuesto, la comida era deliciosa! De igual forma les encante visitar los muchos parques que la ciudad ofrece.
Ellos sienten que Orlando ofrece un lugar agradable y seguro para vivir.
