Emerald Tower (often referred to as the Castle).
This Emerald Tower on was installed in the 1999 remodeling of the Children’s Library and represents the Emerald City, the fictional capital city in the Land of Oz. It is flanked on both sides by illustrations from L. Frank Baum’s beloved books on Oz.
