Thomas Tart, is the retired vice president of the Orlando Utilities Commission and was selected for the University of Florida’s Lifetime Achievement Award. He is pictured researching travel in Hawaii.
Ronald Blocker, is the retired Orange County Public School Superintendent and Florida School Superintendent of the Year for 2011. Mr. Blocker is reading Life upon these shores: looking at African American history, 1513-2008 by Henry Louis Gates.
