Born in Nassau, Bahamas, Ms. Saunders treasures the community spirit in Orlando. Both her children, Clivette and Clivanya, were confirmed at Saint James and are now members of the youth board. They serve as a family helping out at St. Patrick’s Day dinners and enjoy the extended family life of the St. James community. Ms. Saunders says, “It lifts my spirit when I come here.” She is happy to be a part of St. James Cathedral and celebrates the 125 year history of the church. Regarding the future of St. James, she sees it growing as a church and says the restored cathedral is, “Breathtaking!”
