Records from Early Sheriffs in Orange County

Records from Early Sheriffs in Orange County

In this recording, Hatabel Hyer and another woman (perhaps Eileen Willis of the Orlando Public Library) discuss information included in the Florida Mortality Schedules from the last half of the 1800s. They also discuss the murder of David Mizell, the county sheriff, the Mizell Massacre as well as early sheriffs in Orange County.
